Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Worn, washed, or damaged items.
Sale/promotional items (unless defective).
Personal hygiene products (e.g., underwear, socks).
Contact our customer service (email: customerservice@niteris.com or online form) with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if defective).
2️⃣ Await Approval:
We will review your request within 1–3 business days and provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Item Back:
Use the original or secure packaging. We recommend a trackable shipping method (e.g., SF Express, ZTO).
Return Shipping Fees:
Free returns for defective/wrong items.
Customer covers costs for non-defective returns (e.g., wrong size).
Processing Time:
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Bank/payment provider may take 1–5 additional days to process.
Exchanges are processed after we receive the returned item. Shipping fees apply as above.
